3/4 shot Tequila
1/6 shot Everclear
1 slice Lemon
1/2 tsp Powdered Sugar
Best served in a Shot Glass.

Directions
Pour Tequila, then Everclear in Shot Glass. Place lemon slice on top of the shot glass and cover with powdered sugar. Pour just a little Everclear on the lemon. Light lemon on fire, and let burn just until the powdered sugar starts to caramelize. Blow out the flame, suck the lemon (while still warm) and down the shot.
